Tumuhaise Bannet is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and a member of the Uganda Law Society as well as Institute of Surveyors of Uganda. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) from Kampala International University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, and is currently pursuing an LLM in Natural Resources at KIU. His legal qualifications are further supported by a Bachelor of Science in Surveying (Honors) from Makerere University and an MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University. What distinguishes Bannet is his dual qualification as a Registered Surveyor. He does not need to hire external experts to verify land boundaries, detect fraud, or prepare technical evidence for court as he has the capacity to do it himself. His MBA in Project Management further equips him to understand large-scale project lifecycles, contractor obligations, compliance frameworks, and risk allocation, making him particularly effective in large Scale land Acquisition & infrastructure contracts as well as energy sector litigation & project. Bannet integrates rigorous legal expertise with technical insight to navigate aspects related to Natural Resources, Land, Energy and Projects in general.
